If You Bring a Mouse to School
I had to laugh when J.J.'s Grandmother told me he wanted a chinchilla after our visit from the Chattanooga Zoo. Nana and Pappaw bought him a mouse instead. Here is Ratty, J.J.'s new pet mouse who spent the day with us on Tuesday.

100 Donuts!
We had a wonderful week celebrating the 100th day of school. We read stories with 100 including Wolf's Chicken Stew. Mr. Wolf gives the chicken family 100 donuts, 100 pancakes and a 100 pound cake to fatten them up. But when the 100 baby chicks give "Uncle Wolfie" 100 kisses he changes his mind about eating them. Here are the kids enjoying making and eating donuts!
